Renowned international communication expert, Jose Ucar, will be a keynote speaker at TEDxUniversityofSalford 2025, scheduled to take place in February. Inspired by the global TED initiative, TEDxUniversityofSalford aims to share impactful and transformative ideas with a wider audience. Jose will join an impressive roster of 10 speakers and performers, each presenting unique perspectives on groundbreaking topics that align with the theme ‘Seek Higher Things’.

    Transforming Communication: A Simpler Approach

“Jose’s presentation, ‘Mastering Impactful Communication: It’s Easier Than You Think! promises to offer a fresh, practical approach to communication. With engaging anecdotes and actionable insights, Jose will challenge the common belief that impactful communication is difficult to master. He will reveal how anyone can learn to speak with confidence, engage effectively, and inspire others – whether in professional settings or personal interactions.

Jose’s approach focuses on making communication simpler and more accessible for everyone, regardless of their background. By breaking down the barriers that often make communication seem overwhelming, he will equip attendees with the tools needed to communicate with clarity, authority, and authenticity. His talk is designed to inspire those who may feel hesitant about public speaking or interpersonal communication to embrace their potential and develop a stronger voice.

“I’m honoured to be part of TEDxUniversityofSalford,” said Jose. “Having previously spoken at TEDx events, as well as coaching other TEDx speakers and hosting events, TEDx has always been a platform close to my heart. This event is about sparking transformative ideas, and I am excited to share my insights on how we can communicate with impact, lead with confidence, and connect more meaningfully with others.”

    A Global Leader in Communication

Jose Ucar is a well-respected communication coach, TEDx speaker, and author, known for his work empowering individuals and organisations across the globe to enhance their communication skills. His approach is centred around three key principles: establishing trust, adaptive communication, and fostering global leadership. These elements are designed to help individuals navigate the complexities of international and multicultural environments, connect with people from diverse backgrounds, and lead confidently in today’s interconnected world.

With a significant presence in the communication coaching field, Jose regularly contributes to prominent publications such as Yahoo Finance, Disrupt Magazine, and LA Weekly, where his expertise in communication strategies has been widely acknowledged. His work with executives and teams from a variety of industries has been instrumental in helping organisations improve communication, foster trust, and unlock leadership potential.
