October Initiatives Focus on Community Support and Social Impact

Olight, a renowned leader in mid-to-high-end flashlight products, is excited to announce its charity initiatives this October, dedicated to raising awareness for breast cancer and providing essential relief to communities affected by hurricanes. This dual campaign underscores Olight’s steadfast commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need during these challenging times.

Oclip Pink: A Beacon of Hope for Breast Cancer Awareness

Throughout October, all sales proceeds from the Oclip Pink will be donated to breast cancer organisations across the globe. In the United States, funds raised will benefit the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF), while sales in twelve other countries will support their respective breast cancer organisations. For example, Brustkrebs Deutschland e.V. will receive support in Germany, and the National Breast Cancer Foundation in Australia will benefit from these efforts.

This initiative is part of Olight’s ongoing dedication to breast cancer advocacy, having raised over $600,000 in previous campaigns, positively impacting more than 10,000 patients worldwide. Emily Millender, NBCF’s Manager of Strategic Partnerships, expressed her gratitude for Olight’s ongoing efforts, stating, “Olight continues to shine a vital beacon of support for individuals facing breast cancer through their yearly donations and provision of flashlights. We are truly grateful for their partnership and look forward to future collaborations aimed at making a difference.”

Hurricane Relief Campaign to Assist Affected Communities

In addition to the breast cancer initiative, Olight is launching a Hurricane Relief Campaign to support communities recently impacted by hurricanes Helene and Milton in the United States. Sales from three selected products, the Mettle 3, Seeker 4, and Diffuse—will be directed towards helping disaster-stricken areas. Olight’s products will not only provide essential lighting but also serve as enduring symbols of hope and resilience during these trying times.

The Hurricane Relief Campaign has successfully raised an impressive total of $123,577, with Olight also contributing $42,466.69 worth of flashlights to provide vital lighting solutions in affected regions. Furthermore, Olight is facilitating the procurement of critical supplies such as generators, drinking water, and heaters, showcasing its commitment to delivering timely and practical assistance to those who need it most.

A Commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility

Mavis Xiao, Olight’s VP and Chief Marketing Officer, highlighted the company’s dedication to corporate social responsibility, stating, “At Olight, we prioritise social responsibility and are committed to making a positive impact in the face of adversity. Our focus is not on profit; instead, it is our duty to support those in need. A company’s true purpose lies in contributing to the betterment of society, and we aim to exemplify that through our actions.”

Bringing Hope and Illumination to Communities

These campaigns exemplify Olight’s continuous efforts to promote social good, lighting the way for individuals facing various challenges. By actively engaging in these initiatives, Olight aims to bring hope and illumination to communities worldwide, reinforcing its mission to enhance lives through innovative lighting solutions.

As October progresses, Olight encourages customers and supporters to join in these charitable efforts, making a significant impact for individuals battling breast cancer and those recovering from natural disasters. Together, we can illuminate the path to hope and support for those who need it most.
