The event will take place on 31 May 2025 at Dubai’s Grand Hyatt Convention Centre, and will be delivered in collaboration with Dr Nour ElSerougy, founder of the Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute and a globally respected property training authority. Participants will benefit from high-level instruction in selling off-plan projects—a vital skill in Dubai’s thriving property market.
Supporting the initiative is Al Safi Bank, the first Islamic bank in the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC), offering ethical and internationally oriented financial services.
Spencer Lodge, one of Dubai’s most influential voices in business and media, will host the event. The session is not only a bid for the Guinness World Record but also a celebration of innovation and excellence in real estate education.
The training will be spearheaded by Dr Nour El-Serougy, who holds an existing Guinness World Record and brings over 20 years of leadership in real estate investment and PropTech training. His expertise and influence extend across the MENA region and international markets.
A follow-up panel discussion will feature leaders from across the property sector, including Mr Ismael Al Hammadi, Mr Nazish Khan, Ms Sonia Waters, and Dr El-Serougy, with the dialogue centred on future opportunities in Dubai Islands.
High-profile figures from governmental and industry bodies will also attend, reinforcing the UAE’s dedication to fostering learning and leadership in real estate.
