Reflecting on her past, Grace shares, “I had a challenging relationship with food, viewing it in binary terms—either ‘good’ or ‘bad’. For many years, I overlooked my health, not realising the impact of my eating habits and lifestyle choices on my overall wellness.
From Personal Journey to Coaching Others
Grace began documenting her journey on Instagram, initially seeing it as a fun way to track her progress. “I quickly discovered how much I appreciated engaging with others who encountered similar struggles,” she shares. That led me to leave my events management career, retrain as a personal trainer, and dive deeply into nutrition and fitness education. This ultimately resulted in the launch of my online coaching programme, Dare to Be Fit.”
